Mondetto offers interactive travel discovery and recommendation features that allow visitors to provide information about their travel interests, preferences, potential destinations, travel dates, and anticipated length of stay.

This information is used to generate relevant travel recommendations. Information submitted through the general travel recommendation feature is not submitted to third-party services and is not retained or stored by Mondetto after the recommendation process.

Flight Information and Pricing Requests

Mondetto also offers a “Getting There” feature that allows visitors to explore private aviation options and obtain indicative flight pricing through Villiers, an independent third-party aviation provider.

When using this feature:

• Indicative pricing: Visitors may submit flight route details, such as departure and arrival locations, to Villiers to retrieve an indicative flight price. This information is transmitted to Villiers for the purpose of generating the estimate.
• Confirmed pricing requests: Visitors may elect to request confirmed flight pricing by providing their name, email address, and phone number. This information is transmitted by Mondetto to Villiers as a sales lead so that Villiers can follow up directly regarding the requested pricing.

Indicative prices are estimates only and are not confirmed quotes, offers, or guarantees of availability. Actual pricing and flight arrangements are subject to confirmation by Villiers and any applicable aviation operator or service provider.

Villiers operates independently of Mondetto and may process information received through these interactions in accordance with its own privacy policy and practices.

Mondetto may introduce additional features in the future that allow visitors to provide other contact information or subscribe to communications. If and when those features are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the information collected and how it is used.

Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information through the Website.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Website, certain technical and usage information may be processed in connection with website operation and performance measurement. Depending on the services and infrastructure involved, this may include:

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website performance and visitor engagement. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics service as not collecting or using visitors’ personal data.

We also use Google Search Console to monitor how the Website appears in search results and understand its search performance. Search Console provides website-level search performance information rather than functioning as a visitor registration or customer tracking system.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or other behavioral advertising or retargeting platforms.

Some of these links are affiliate links through which Mondetto may earn a commission if a visitor makes a qualifying purchase or completes a transaction.

In particular, when you use the “Getting There” flight pricing feature, certain information is transmitted directly to Villiers. Route details are shared to generate indicative flight pricing, and contact details (name, email address, and phone number) are shared when you request confirmed pricing. These transmissions are initiated to fulfill the specific feature or request you have chosen to use.

Villiers may use this information to generate pricing, respond to inquiries, and follow up regarding potential flight arrangements. Its subsequent collection and use of information are governed by its own privacy policy and practices. Please review Villiers’ Privacy Policy.

When you follow a link away from Mondetto, you are interacting with an independent third party. That third party may collect information about you, use cookies or other tracking technologies, and apply its own privacy policy, terms, and data practices.

5. How Information May Be Shared

Mondetto does not sell visitors’ personal information.

• Website infrastructure and service providers: Companies that support website hosting, security, performance, and analytics, to the extent information is processed in connection with those services.
• Flight pricing and referral partner (Villiers): When visitors use the “Getting There” feature, Mondetto shares flight route details with Villiers to generate indicative pricing. When visitors request confirmed pricing, Mondetto also shares their name, email address, and phone number with Villiers so that Villiers can respond directly to the inquiry and follow up as appropriate. This information is shared in connection with the visitor’s specific request and is not shared for unrelated marketing purposes by Mondetto.
• Legal requirements: Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Protection of rights and security: Where reasonably necessary to protect Mondetto, its users, or others against fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity.

Mondetto does not provide travel preference form submissions to third-party travel providers.

Information submitted through the general travel recommendation feature is not retained or stored by Mondetto after the recommendation process.

Information submitted through the “Getting There” feature is transmitted to Villiers as described in this Policy. Mondetto does not control Villiers’ subsequent retention or use of that information. Visitors should consult Villiers’ privacy policy for information about its data retention and processing practices.

Any additional information collected through future contact or subscription features will be retained only as reasonably necessary to fulfill the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations.
